Founded in Dubai in 2015, Aspiro is a boutique management consultancy built by senior bankers for the financial institutions of the GCC.
Our story
Built by people who have sat in your seat.
Aspiro was founded in 2015 by senior financial services executives who had spent their careers running businesses inside the region's largest banks. They had bought a great deal of consulting, and they had a clear view of what was wrong with it: junior teams, generic frameworks, and a commercial model that rewarded the length of the engagement rather than the outcome.
We built the firm we had wanted to hire. Small enough to be led by partners on every engagement. Independent enough to say what is right rather than what is welcome. Connected enough, through an elastic network of more than 8,000 specialists, to bring global best practice to a GCC boardroom without the overhead of a global firm.
A decade on, we have partnered with all of the major banks in the region and delivered more than 24 major transformation programmes. Our headquarters remain in Dubai, with a presence in Riyadh and London.

William has spent the last decade deeply embedded in the GCC financial sector, partnering with all of the major banks in the region on their most critical transformation journeys. This is built on a distinguished global career in senior C-suite roles at NatWest and ABN AMRO, where he managed multi-billion dollar P&Ls and teams of over 15,000 people.
Colin has been a leading figure in GCC and international banking, serving as Deputy CEO of a major GCC bank, Group CEO of a major investment bank and Regional Head of a major full-service international bank. His leadership has guided large institutions through complex transformations and strategic shifts. With deep governance, risk and execution experience, Colin brings board-level and operational perspectives to Aspiro's client work.
Punit has over 20 years of strategic and operational banking and consultancy experience at one of India's and the GCC's major banks and one of the GCC's leading management consultancies. He works across business and technology change with a focus on practical, outcome-oriented implementation.
Lasse has over 25 years of strategic, operational and technical implementation experience in investment banking and wealth management at one of the leading Swiss banks and one of the major GCC banks. He specialises in front-to-back transformation, platform modernisation and delivery across complex product and client landscapes.
